Order & Payments

• We do not offer product purchases for non-members.
• You can use PayPal as a payment method.
• After placing an order, you cannot change the payment method or products. Please request a cancellation and place a new order.
• Please note that you cannot cancel an order during the preparation for shipping.
• We do not provide gift wrapping services.

Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over $200 USD. Please note that the free shipping benefit may be subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.
• Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of your order.
  To view the applicable shipping fee, please add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout.
• Shipping costs do not include any tariffs (customs duties, taxes, and etc) and these are the responsibility of the customers themselves.
  Tariffs are imposed according to the customs policies of each country, and we cannot inform you of its details in advance.
  Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact the customs office of your country in question for details.
• If you refuse to pay import duties or related fees of tariffs, all return costs will be the responsibility of the customers.
  This includes the initial shipping and return shipping costs, as well as related tariffs (duties, taxes, or extra fees).
• Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days after placing the order, based on weekdays.
  *Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
• It may take up to 7 to 15 days for the product to arrive after it has been shipped.
• All products are shipped from South Korea.
• Delivery dates cannot be arbitrarily specified.
• You cannot change the delivery address while the delivery is being prepared.
• According to customs regulations, Budhimudra cannot declare purchased items as gifts or provide a lower value than the actual product price.

Returns & Refund

• If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it.
• Returns will be approved only if requested within 30 days of the product's arrival and the product is in an undamaged condition when sent to the return address.
• Return requests will not be approved after 30 days.
• Except in cases where we have provided the wrong or defective item, all international return shipping costs and other taxes are the customer's responsibility.
• In the case of a partial return, if the value of the remaining items falls below the minimum purchase amount required for free shipping, the shipping fee that was originally waived at the time of the initial order shall be charged in full. Such shipping fee shall be calculated based on the weight of the initial shipment.
• If the product is defective, if a different product from what was ordered is delivered, or if there is damage during shipping, you can request a return and refund (including shipping fees). In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the returned product.
• Exchanges are not possible, so please purchase a new product after returning the item.
• Refund processing will occur after inspecting the returned product, which may take from 3 to a maximum of 7 days after the product's arrival.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.
• The initial shipping fee incurred will be excluded from the refund.
