Notice of Merger

BUDHI MUDRA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company B”) hereby announces that, pursuant to the resolutions adopted at the respective Shareholders’ Meetings of GBGH Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company A”) and Company B held on October 31, 2025, Company A will absorb Company B through a merger, whereby Company A shall succeed to all rights and obligations of Company B. Accordingly, Company B shall be dissolved as of the effective date of the merger.
Any creditor who objects to the merger is requested to submit a written objection or an objection by email or other written means to the contact provided below within one (1) month from the date of this public notice.

Notice Regarding Amendments to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Following the Absorption-Type Merger of BUDHI MUDRA

• Former Company Name: BUDHI MUDRA Co., Ltd.
• New Company Name: GBGH Co., Ltd.
• Effective Date: December 1, 2025

In connection with the absorption-type merger of BUDHI MUDRA Co., Ltd. into GBGH Co., Ltd., the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use will be amended as of December 1, 2025.
All existing services and contractual relationships will be succeeded by GBGH Co., Ltd. without any changes to their content.
If you do not agree to the change in the personal information controller resulting from this merger, you may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information by completing the membership cancellation procedure no later than the day prior to the effective date.
